A great way to food prep or really just to do a quick dinner or side dish is throwing everything on a sheet pan lined with foil and baking it. I threw a bunch of vegetables on a pan and drizzled it with oil and sprinkled salt, pepper and garlic and then baked it for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
I was food prepping for the week, so I then cut up some Kabob meat and seared it in a pan and then threw all the vegetables and meat together in a pyrex dish to heat up some night for a quick and ready dinner.
